Dena Diseron

Dena Michelle Diseron, 56, of Macomb and formerly of Rushville, passed away at 5:20 am on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at The Elms Nursing Home in Macomb.

Dena was born on March 20, 1968 in Davenport, Iowa to David (Christine) Welch and Beverly (Paul) Adams, they all survive. 

Dena graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in 1986. During high school she was actively involved in sports, she excelled in softball. After high school she pursued a Bachelors of Art degree at Western Illinois University. She worked at Wells Fargo in Macomb for many years. 

Dena married Jeffrey Wayne Diseron in Rushville Illinois on June 8, 2002, he survives. Also surviving is daughter Jamie (Patrick) Draughan, three grandchildren Jordan, Carson, and Dax Draughan, a sister Danielle Welch, her beloved dog Fritz, and several other extended family members. 

Dena and Jeff enjoyed watching the St. Louis Cardinals, Green Bay Packers, and especially attending their grandsons football games. Dena always enjoyed playing (winning) a game of checkers with her grandkids. Dena enjoyed traveling and playing golf with her mom and stepdad. 

In accordance with Dena’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of Dena’s life will be held at the Phoenix Opera House in Rushville on May 26th, 2024, from 2:00 until 4:00 pm. The Triplett & Wood Funeral Home of Rushville has been entrusted with the care and arrangements. Memorial contributions in memory of Dena are suggested to the family.
