Dora J. Mayfield, 79, of Quincy, formerly of Mendon, died at 11:15 a.m. Thursday (March 27, 2014) in Blessing Hospital in Quincy.
Mrs. Mayfield was born on June 22, 1934, in Mendon, to the late John and Olive Bagley Dierker.
Surviving are four children, Jeff (Juli) Bollman of Loraine, Mary Dede of Loraine, John (Susan) Bollman of Groveland, Calif., and David (Julie) Bollman of Kennewick, Wash.; seven grandchildren, Alison Rogers, Lorrie Dede, Crystal Dede, Shelby Bollman, Brady Bollman, Josh Bollman and Jackie Bollman; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Donald Dierker, Duane Dierker, Dewey Dierker and one in infancy.
SERVICES: 4 to 8 p.m. Monday in the Good Samaritan Home Chapel in Quincy.
