Erma was born on Dec. 13, 1925, at home in rural Golden to the late Harm H. and Cora White Herren. She married John D. Graham on June 1, 1942, in Palmyra, Mo. John died June 1, 1994.
Erma was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Golden and worked on the family farm with her husband John. She loved singing, vegetable gardening, cooking and playing bingo.
Surviving are three sons, Ronald E. Graham and his wife, Marilyn, of Colchester, John R. Graham and his wife, Dorothy, of Clayton and Gary E. Graham and his wife, Kathy, of Bowen; five grandchildren, Teresa Seward and her husband, Brett, of Monmouth, Troy Graham and his wife, Rachel, of Des Plaines, Cory Graham and his wife, Yolanda, of Blandinsville, Kelsey Graham of Springfield and Micki D. of Bowen; eight great-grandchildren, Tammy, Austin, Jakob, and Veronica Seward, and Tyler, Shaey, Mary, and Dalton Graham; one great-great-grandchild, Aiden Seward; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one son, James Graham; one granddaughter, Shannon Graham; and two brothers, Edward and Arthur Herren.
SERVICES: 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Hunter Funeral Home, Golden, with Pastor Linda Murray conducting. Burial will be in Golden Memorial Gardens.
VISITATION: 1 to 2 p.m Wednesday in the funeral home.
MEMORIALS: Trinity Lutheran Church or Golden Good Shepherd Home.
