She was born May 22, 1923, near Mendon, a daughter of the late Albert and Edna Holtman Henze. She married George Henry Wollbrink Dec. 17, 1941, in Kahoka, Mo. He died Feb. 5, 1989.
Mrs. Wollbrink graduated from Mendon Township High School in 1940. She was a farm wife and homemaker her entire life and helped with her husband's business. George and Lucille enjoyed camping and dancing.
She was a member of Bethany United Church of Christ in Tioga, Bear Creek American Legion Auxiliary, Bethany Women's Fellowship, Adams County Farm Bureau, and a charter member of the North Adams Home Geronteers.
Survivors include two daughters, Lucinda (Merlin) Kunz of Loraine and Suzanne (Gene) Lerch of Mount Sterling; four grandchildren, Kimberly (Gunnar) Caster of Quincy, Matthew (Wendy) Kunz of DeKalb, Angela (Tim) Salrin of Mount Sterling and Benjamin (Emily) Lerch of Mount Sterling; and four great-grandchildren, Wesley and Derek Kunz of DeKalb and Jaden and Emma Lerch of Mount Sterling.
SERVICES: 10 a.m. Wednesday in Bethany United Church of Christ, Tioga, with the Rev. Hank Murray conducting. Interment will be in Bethany Cemetery, Tioga.
VISITATION: 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Hunter Funeral Home, Mendon.
