Marjeane Vance

Marjeane K. “June” Vance, 84, of Rushville, formerly of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away at 2:30 PM, Sunday, May 17, 2020, at her home.

She was born on June 17, 1935, in Sheldon, Iowa, the daughter of Frank and Beula (Rowe) Nelson.

Surviving are her daughter Annette Leckrone and husband Bob of Rushville, one grandson Brandon Larsen, three great granddaughters Harlie Larsen, Madelyn Leckrone and Molley Leckrone.  She was preceded in death by a son Jim Vance III and a grandson Nickolas Leckrone.

June worked for over 20 years as a buyer with the State of Arizona Procurement Department, retiring in 1997.

She was a former member of the Jayceettes and the First United Methodist Church in Phoenix.  She enjoyed reading, shopping, and spending time with her grandsons and great granddaughters.
