Monica Jarvis

Monica L. Jarvis, 24, of Mendon passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2017 in St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
Monica was born on August 25, 1993 in Quincy. She was the daughter of Bobby Jarvis and Tina (Allen) Wietholder.
Monica was a cook, server and bartender at the Mendon Diner and Tap. She loved music and swimming. She especially loved spending time with her family and friends.
Surviving are; her mother, Tina (Robert) Wietholder of Mendon, her father Bob (Michelle Albert) Jarvis of Mendon; three siblings, Desmond Jarvis, Breonna Albert, Dominick Albert-Jarvis; one step brother, Braden Albert; maternal grandparents, Dennis and Janet Allen; paternal grandmother, Kathy Jarvis; Aunts, Jina Allen, Teresa (Brian) Smith, Kathy Cantrell, Kari Pratt and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Larry Jarvis and an uncle, Casey Jarvis.
Memorial services will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, November 2, 2017 in the Hunter Funeral Home in Mendon with Reverend Sheri Renner officiating. Private family burial will be at a later date in Coatsburg Cemetery in Coatsburg. There will be no visitation but friends are invited to the services on Thursday morning.
