Randy "Buck" Beatty

Randy Joe “Buck” Beatty, 49, of Rushville, passed away at 6:01 pm on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at Culbertson Memorial Hospital in Rushville.

He was born on May 11, 1975, in Rushville, the son of Eugene D. Moore I and the late Harriet Elizabeth “Liz” Carpenter. 

Buck worked for Western Grain Marketing in Rushville in the Outside Operations Department. He enjoyed working on vehicles, enjoyed the outdoors and loved spending time with his family and children. In his earlier years, Buck was a boxer. 

In addition to his father, he is survived by his children; RJ Beatty II, Jacob Beatty, Camron Beatty & Carrie Beatty all of Rushville, brothers; Donnie (Teresa) Self of Rushville, Robert “Sonny” Beatty of Rushville & Dale (Beth) Beatty of Rushville, a sister; Kim Moore of Rushville and by several nieces and nephews. Buck was preceded in death by his mother, Liz.

Memorial services honoring Buck’s life will be conducted at 6:00 pm on Friday, November 15, 2024, at the Triplett & Wood Funeral Home of Rushville. Ryan Murray will preside. Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until the time of services at the funeral home. Memorial contributions in memory of Buck are suggested to the family.
